08:00 pick-up from the hotel in Cusco and we head to the town of Urubamba. 09:00 hrs We begin the journey by bicycle traveling along the Urubamba River, which crosses the entire Sacred Valley of the Incas, we will begin Urubamba, (2,871 meters above sea level). At this point our guide will provide information about the circuit and the security measures that must be considered. The route offers us a cool valley climate with temperatures of approximately 15 to 20 degrees Celsius, where we will observe amazing peaks and mountains with extensive crop fields. The time will come to take a brief break in Andean communities and share culture with local residents, where you can also taste Chica de Jora, an ancestral drink in the Peruvian Andes, made from corn. Continuing with the tour, we will arrive at the town of Pachar, where we will find its magical Plaza and the murals that adorn its church and surrounding houses (2,830 meters above sea level), These murals tell about the traditions of the residents, their agriculture and their relationship with the universe and Mother Earth. Then we will continue our bike ride to Ollantaytambo. 13:30 hrs Once in Ollantaytambo you can have lunch in a typical restaurant in the area for around 45 minutes (not included). Here we can enjoy the local hospitality and learn a little about its culture. Ollantaytambo is known for being a town that maintains its constructions intact since the Inca era. We finish the tour with transfer to the hotel at approximately 5 p.m.
